AQT Solutions, a provider of integrated and comprehensive training and e-learning management systems, signed a software agreement with Copa Airlines to implement its web- and mobile-based ATMS Aviation Training Management System. Copa Airlines will use the new system for compliance, qualification tracking and crew training management, with a focus on AQP, scheduling, records and analysis.

ATMS is a leading enterprise-wide, integrated solution that manages training programs for all personnel that require qualification-based, periodic training. Copa Airlines, one of the world’s most profitable commercial airlines based in Panama City, Panama, will be utilizing ATMS to build training curriculums, manage training requests, plan courses, administer records, schedule training, deliver e-learning, collect results, update qualifications, and provide reporting and analysis capabilities. The system will provide Copa trainees and instructors with immediate access to their records, schedules and e-learning from the web or mobile devices. Additionally, instructors can grade training on the mobile device even without an active internet connection. The data is then aggregated, automatically stored and synchronized with the main database and the training results can immediately be accessed for operational purposes or further performance analysis.
