Silver Airways Completes ATMS Training
AQT Solutions is pleased to announce that Silver Airways has successfully completed its Advanced Training Management System (ATMS) training. The training, which spanned one week, involved participants from diverse roles including course schedulers, recordkeepers, administrators, training managers, and other management functions.
ATMS will be instrumental in managing the training requirements for Silver Airways’ pilots and flight attendants. Specifically, it will be used to develop training curriculums, track and manage qualifications, and streamline training processes to enhance safety and compliance. The MyATMS platform will offer instructors and trainees immediate access to training schedules, qualifications, and e-learning content.
Following their ATMS training, Silver Airways’ training team shared valuable feedback on the anticipated benefits. They expect significant improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and compliance, as well as enhanced access to analytics. The training also highlighted the advantages of automating processes that were previously manual, leading to notable time and manpower savings. The team valued the ability to track and analyze training data, identify trends, and schedule training in advance.
The transition to ATMS will eliminate several manual tasks, including printing and handwriting forms, monitoring currency dates and expirations, and coordinating trainers and schedules. Noteworthy significant revelation moments included discovering the robust functionality of the curriculum-building module and understanding the flexibility of qualifications.
